Maureen FitzSimons, better known as Maureen O'Hara in America, was a child prodigy. However, for an Irish girl surrounded with gifted parents and extended families, these characteristics were a natural. Maureen was welcomed into the family-oriented house on August 17th, 20th in Ranelagh. Marguerita LIlburn FitzSimons is the mother of her. She was a skilled contralto. His father, Charles FitzSimons, managed a business in Dublin and was also the owner of the famous Irish soccer team "The Shamrock Rovers." Maureen FitzSimons is the 2nd FitzSimons child. Peggy FitzSimons Florrie Charles B. Fitzsimons Margot Fitzsimons James O'Hara made up this family. Maureen excelled at sports and enjoyed playing rough sports. Furthermore, she had a gift for acting. This was apparent that she was the winner of each Feis for theatre and drama which Ireland could offer. At age 14, she had been admitted into the Abbey Theater, where her ambition was to study the art of opera and classical theatre.
